All items listed in $ USD can be shipped internationally in most cases. Items listed in Thai Baht are for local pickup only. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Shipping for dwarf shrimp, live fish, and other invertebrates which require the fastest shipping method will be shipped on Mondays only.
Standard shipping method for retail orders is EMS Post, unless prior agreement is made.
Fish health certificates are $15 per box/shipment (or $5 per species, whichever is greater) if required. We must be notified prior if your country requires certificates for small shipments (laws and regulations vary between countries/states).

Payment must be received the first business day prior to shipment or sooner to avoid delays.

Shipping cost for small (18x18x24cm) polystyrene box is $50 international flat rate.
Small box can ship up to 40 small shrimp(1-1.75cm), or 20 larger shrimp (3-4cm) depending on the species.

Killifish eggs: Standard shipping method is by Registered Airmail.  Flat rate cost is $10 for up to 4 units/bags.
EMS for eggs is $20 for up to 4 bags.

Aquatic Plants: Plants other than moss must be shipped by EMS post or Air Freight only.
Plant health/phytosanitary certificates are $10 per box/shipment if required by your country.
We can not mix plants and animals in the same box as this will cause delays in the shipping/import process in many countries.


Order minimums:  Due to the cost and time evolved in shipping and packaging live animals and plants please adhere to the minimum order requirements for orders requiring shipment.  Order minimums are for cost of items only (not including shipping).

Killifish eggs: Minimum is one bag or $10 (which ever is greater).
Plants and moss: Minimum is $20.
Live fish, shrimp, and inverts: Minimum is $20.

Wholesale is also available for many different species, please inquire about your specific needs. Discounted price for quantities of 30 or more per species/item. Wholesale prices for 50 or 100+ per species/item depending on species. Order total must be a minimum of $200 for full wholesale discount (30-60%). Does not include shipping cost or fees. Not all species/items are available in wholesale quantities, please inquire. Wholesale requires a deposit in the amount of 50%, plus shipping charges paid in full, prior to the order being processed.

Guarantee/Replacement:

Our standard guarantee on all animals shipped is to replace 100% of any D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) on subsequent shipments, shipping/ packaging cost is payed by the customer.

Proof of D.O.A. is required within 5 hours of the delivery in the form of High Resolution Digital Picture. Failing to pickup or sign within the same day of the first delivery/attempt, the buyer relinquishes the guarantee. Guarantee is by replacement only, no cash refund for live plants/animals unless items are not shipped.

If in the event of shipping delays of 2 or more days, caused by customs issues, flight delays, or any other unforeseen circumstances we will replace 50% of lost shipment (not including shipping cost). Theft, damage, destruction, confiscation or other problems beyond our control are Not guaranteed. Buyer is responsible for the laws/regulations for their country/state and must inform us on special requirements for shipping/documents required.

We can not be responsible for the weather, shipping mishaps, or laws of the buyer's country/state.

If the buyers location is under extreme weather (less than 6C or greater than 34C), we must be notified at least 3 days prior to the scheduled shipping date. Temperatures outside the range of 6-34 Celsius, will be considered extreme weather, and D.O.A. resulting from such conditions are not covered by the guarantee. From the months of November through February, weather in many locations is too cold for most animals. Care should be taken by the buyer to check the forecast at their location, and locations of connecting flights, to ensure safe weather conditions for the shipment.

For all wholesale orders, guarantee is limited to 50% of the shipment minus the shipping cost. Shipping cost are not refundable, or guaranteed for either retail or wholesale. Losses on wholesale orders will be replaced on the following shipment(s), no cash back for D.O.A., whatsoever. Replacements are limited to 50% per specie. Replacements will be the same or like items/species only. Request can be taken into consideration. Substitutions must be approved by us.

Cash refunds are only given for items not shipped. All deposits are to be considered non-refundable unless items are not available/shipped. Deposit for shipping fees are not refundable unless items are not shipped. Once items are ready to be shipped, payment in full is due 5 business day prior to scheduled ship date.

Holding, Out of stock, and Deposits:

For orders requiring longer than 2 weeks to ship, you will be informed by us prior to processing your order. To place a hold, on any item(s) a deposit is required. For orders totaling $100 or less (not counting shipping cost) a deposit of the order total is required. For orders more than $100, the deposit will be 50%, unless a different agreement is made at the time of purchase. Deposits for stock are not refundable, unless items are not available. Deposits for shipping are not refundable, unless items are not shipped.

Payment by Paypal or other non bank payment system will require 50% deposit and full shipping, packing/handling cost to be paid before the order will be processed.
